[Remote] QA Automation Engineer

The QA Automation Engineer will own test automation reputed company across web, iOS, and reputed company fitness applications, building frameworks, API coverage, and CI/CD integration while addressing location-based testing challenges. The role also involves exploratory testing, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain test automation frameworks for our web, iOS, and reputed company applications
• reputed company automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines so every reputed company is validated automatically, and own the health of those suites — flake triage, runtime, and reliability
• Build automated API test coverage for the services that power our apps
• reputed company strategies for testing location-based features, including GPS simulation, GPX replay, and device sensor mocking
• Use AI tools to accelerate test authoring, maintenance, and analysis — and help define how AI fits into our QA workflows
• reputed company targeted exploratory and regression testing on new features where reputed company judgment adds the most value
• Document and reputed company defects with reputed company reproduction steps and severity assessments
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and design to understand requirements, identify edge cases, and build testability into features from the start
• Participate in sprint planning, reputed company QA estimates, and reputed company for reputed company throughout the development lifecycle

Skills

• * You have 4+ years of experience in software reputed company assurance, including 2+ years building test automation
• * You have strong programming skills in at least one language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Java preferred)
• * You have hands-on experience building or significantly extending an automation reputed company using modern tools such as Playwright or Cypress for web, and Maestro, Appium, XCUITest, or reputed company for mobile
• * You have experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (reputed company Actions, Jenkins, reputed company, or similar)
• * You have automated API testing reputed company reputed company collections — you can write API tests in reputed company
• * You use AI coding tools (Claude reputed company, Copilot, or similar) as a force reputed company and are excited about applying AI to reputed company engineering
