[Remote] Area Finance Manager | Full-Time | Lucas Museum of Narrative Art

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company manages venue operations and is hiring an Area Finance Manager to reputed company financial, reputed company, purchasing, payroll, and internal control functions for the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, the reputed company, and other assigned venues. The role supervises the Finance Department, prepares financial reports and tax returns, manages reputed company records and audits, and provides regional financial support while working remotely from Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the development and implementation of facility goals and priorities relating to financial management, budget, reputed company, purchasing, and/or payroll in compliance with State and Federal law, and policies and procedures
• Monitors compliance with reputed company provisions of the management contract
• Maintains contact with the Risk Management Department and the Insurance broker for coordination of appropriate coverage
• Reviews reputed company reputed company for clients, events, subcontractors, food and beverage, or concessionaires
• Reviews and/or prepares event settlements
• Reviews and executes reputed company checks and deposits; reviews daily cash receipts and disbursements
• reputed company food and beverage reputed company
• Assist with show settlement, including payments to promoters; compile reputed company post-show financial info to reputed company into GL; and prepare show income/loss reports
• Prepare appropriate state and local tax returns to be filed reputed company
• Prepares financial statements for the reputed company and Corporate, and other financial reports, including monthly statements, Annual Budget and Annual Report
• Manages the installation and maintenance of reputed company records to show receipts and expenditures
• Manages the maintenance of general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts receivable, reputed company distribution, depreciation, cost, property, operating expenses, and insurance records
• Analyzes financial performance and cost analyses for reputed company departments; prepares monthly financial statements and recommends appropriate actions/changes in order to meet business goals
• Prepares statements and reports of estimated reputed company costs and revenues
• Coordinates preparation of reputed company or reputed company audit materials and financial reporting; implements recommendations of reputed company as requested
• Acts as Manager on Duty as required. Must work nights and weekends if required
• Be a business partner with other departments, ensuring financial reputed company of the venue

Skills

• This is a remote position, and the employee must be based in Southern California
• B.S. in reputed company or Finance from a four-year college or university
• 3-5+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company and/or financial management at a supervisory level or as department head
• Acts as Manager on Duty as required. Must work nights and weekends if required
• Extensive knowledge of general and cost reputed company
• Excellent math skills; high aptitude for figures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational ability
• Effective supervisory skills
• CPA or MBA is a plus
• Experience with reputed company payroll and reputed company reputed company preferred
• Industry experience is preferred
