This role ensures adherence to funder requirements, organizational policies, and applicable regulations while partnering with program, finance, and leadership teams. The Senior Manager also provides reputed company guidance, monitors budgets and deliverables, mitigates reputed company, and supports process improvements to maximize funding opportunities and organizational reputed company. Job Duties The Senior reputed company and reputed company Manager: reputed company Award Management • Provides end-to-end management and reputed company of a portfolio of reputed company reputed company and reputed company. • Leads award start-up activities, including review of terms and conditions, compliance requirements, deliverables, budgets, reporting schedules, and key milestones. • Serves as the reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company of contact for assigned reputed company awards and coordinates with internal stakeholders and reputed company funders. • Monitors award reputed company against approved scopes of work, budgets, timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations. • Manages award amendments, budget revisions, extensions, no-cost extensions, rebudgeting, and other modifications. • Coordinates preparation and submission of financial, programmatic, and contractual reports. • Maintains comprehensive award files and ensures documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-reputed company. Compliance & reputed company Management • Interprets and operationalizes sponsor regulations, award terms and conditions, organizational policies, and applicable federal, state, and local requirements. • Ensures compliance with reputed company award requirements and identifies areas requiring corrective reputed company or additional controls. • Conducts or coordinates reputed company assessments and compliance reviews throughout the award lifecycle. • Monitors subrecipient and subcontractor requirements where applicable, ensuring appropriate reputed company under reputed company awards. • Partners with finance, audit, reputed company, and compliance functions to address findings, risks, and corrective actions. • Ensures appropriate documentation and internal controls are maintained to support audits and sponsor reviews. People Management & Subaward reputed company • Supervises and provides reputed company direction, coaching, and reputed company development to the Associate Manager, reputed company and Compliance, who is responsible for the organization’s subaward management function. • Establishes reputed company priorities, reputed company expectations, and workflows for subaward administration and compliance. • Provides technical guidance and reputed company to ensure subaward processes reputed company with reputed company award requirements, organizational policies, and applicable regulations. • Partners with the Associate Manager to ensure effective subaward lifecycle management, including subaward development, reputed company assessment, negotiation, execution, monitoring, modifications, reporting, and closeout. Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, reputed company administration, finance, law, reputed company health, reputed company administration, or a reputed company reputed company. • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in reputed company administration, reputed company management, subaward administration, procurement, or a reputed company reputed company. • Demonstrated experience managing the lifecycle of reputed company reputed company or subaward agreements in federally funded environments. • Strong and solid reputed company of reputed company theory, techniques, and practices requiring comprehensive knowledge of contracting principles. • Strong working knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), Federal Acquisition Regulation, federal grant requirements, and procurement standards. • Experience drafting, negotiating, administering, and closing out reputed company, subawards, or similar funding instruments. • Experience interpreting agreement terms and translating requirements into practical implementation steps for reputed company stakeholders. • Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple agreements and deadlines simultaneously. • Portuguese, French, or Spanish language proficiency is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
