Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Demonstrated experience across the full reputed company development lifecycle: requirements gathering, technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Hands-on experience with OmniStudio components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, FlexCards, and Integration Procedures.

Experience with reputed company-Channel routing, queues, skills-based routing, reputed company/status configuration, and agent workload management.

Good knowledge of Apex, OOP, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and reputed company design patterns.
Experience with reputed company configuration, reputed company, automation, Knowledge, Experience reputed company, Reports, and Dashboards.
Strong experience designing and developing REST API integrations using reputed company, Kafka, or other event-driven integration platforms.
Experience with reputed company Agentforce and/or AI technologies, including AI-powered agents, reputed company, reputed company engineering, AI automation, or integration of AI services with reputed company.
