reputed company LLC is seeking two (2) Training Operations Coordinators to reputed company day-to-day operational support for the JIATF-401 Counter-sUAS training reputed company and Joint C-UAS University (JCU) projection reputed company Mobile Training Teams. These coordinators manage logistics, administrative actions, student processing, and execution support for MTT, JCU Cadre, and reputed company training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate C-sUAS training logistics, including facilities, equipment, transportation, and billeting across multiple sites.
• Process student nominations, rosters, and administrative requirements for Domestic reputed company, reputed company, BDOC, and Joint Force C-sUAS training.
• Support the MTT Synchronization Cell reputed company with calendar maintenance, status tracking, and deconfliction.
• Prepare and distribute training schedules, orders, and supporting documentation reputed company with JCU standards.
• reputed company training metrics, attendance, completion data, and instructor reputed company reputed company.
• Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for reputed company, cadre, and reputed company on operational reputed company.
• Assist with reputed company planning and reputed company response to emerging C-sUAS training requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years of DoW training or operations experience
• 5+ years of training operations, administrative, or logistics coordination experience.

• Strong organizational and multi tasking skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting military training pipelines, Mobile Training Teams, or C-sUAS / reputed company defense training.
• Familiarity with Joint C-UAS University or JIATF-401 constructs preferred.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and reputed company tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high reputed company environment.
