The Director, reputed company reputed company – LTSS leads major reputed company reputed company functions, programs, or regional care management reputed company, setting reputed company direction and ensuring effective delivery of integrated, whole-person care across the organization. The role is accountable for reputed company and operational reputed company, provides reputed company reputed company and guidance across teams and managers, and drives reputed company improvement in care delivery, compliance, and member reputed company.
On a typical day, you might:

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a health or reputed company reputed company and three (3) years of reputed company experience in care management, case management, or care coordination with MH/SU/DD populations, including experience in program development and/or program management.

- Licensed reputed company reputed company Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed reputed company Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

- Registered reputed company (RN)

- Must be reputed company to travel reputed company catchment as required.
Preferred:
