[Remote] Post-Sales Account Manager, East Coast

The Post-Sales Account Manager will manage East Coast reputed company accounts, reputed company campaign performance and reporting, maintain customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Address customers’ needs and concerns as quickly & effectively as possible to reputed company and maintain strong relationships
• reputed company & reputed company performance reports to clients and benchmarking those results against similar campaigns
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of reputed company
• reputed company strong relationships with customers, reputed company with key business executives and stakeholders
• Work reputed company trading teams to monitor campaign performance and reputed company data driven results obtained to conduct campaign upsells
• Answer reputed company queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers

• Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Data, Marketing, Studio and Product Services departments) to improve the entire customer experience and are reputed company to advise clients on basic technical questions
• This role is not centered around sales but rather focuses on managing campaigns/ accounts. Hands on media experience (i.e. programmatic, display, audio, CTV, DOOH) is crucial for this position
