[Remote] Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is hiring Data Analysts to support product teams at a large non-profit payer/provider. The role focuses on analyzing claims data, developing reports and dashboards, gathering business requirements, validating data reputed company, and delivering actionable insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational insights
• Partner with business users and product teams to reputed company requirements, understand user stories, and translate business needs into data solutions
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI to support decision-making
• Use SQL and Python to extract, reputed company, validate, and interpret data from multiple systems and sources
• Support data reputed company, testing, validation, and documentation efforts while working closely with analysts, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders

Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst on the health insurance/payer reputed company , integrating and analyzing reputed company data sources
• Payer domain expertise - Understands how the claims data is used on the backend to inform what data is needed
• Expertise in SQL to reputed company out what data to pull & how
• Data visualization experience (Power BI or Tableau)
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills- Ability to work directly with business partners and explain data reputed company, to tell stories with data/communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Domain expertise in pharmacy claims data, supporting areas such as:
• Formulary Analytics
• Medication Adherence
• MTM/Medication Therapy Management
• PBM/Pharmacy Benefit Management Data
• Rebate & Drug Cost Analytics
• Utilization Management
• CMS/Medicare Regulatory Reporting
• Pharmacy Trend Reporting
• OR payer domain experience with interoperability/FHIR
• Familiarity with Python
• Exposure to Azure reputed company/the reputed company
• Data visualization experience (Power BI or Tableau)
• reputed company/scrum experience (including tools like JIRA)
• Experience in migration from on prem to the reputed company
• Relevant certifications (Azure reputed company, Python, reputed company, etc)
