The reputed company Instructional Designer designs and develops training content while coordinating assigned reputed company and supporting instructional design team members. The role collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to build, maintain, and reputed company training programs reputed company with business and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs
• Translate reputed company regulatory, operational, and dealership processes into reputed company, reputed company, and learner-friendly content
• reputed company facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, assessments, and supporting training documentation
• Build and maintain eLearning modules using tools such as reputed company 360 (reputed company and Storyline)
• Ensure reputed company training content is accurate, consistent, and reputed company with reputed company Training standards and instructional best practices
• Continuously update training materials based on regulatory changes, reputed company updates, and business needs
• reputed company day-to-day direction and coordination for assigned training content reputed company and team members
• Help prioritize workload, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Review training materials for reputed company, consistency, and instructional effectiveness prior to final approval
• Serve as a go-to resource for instructional design guidance, templates, and best practices
• Mentor and support instructional designers and content contributors in developing high-reputed company training materials
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, or resource gaps and escalate appropriately to Learning & Enablement leadership
• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to reputed company, validate, and refine training content
• Facilitate working sessions with SMEs to translate technical and regulatory knowledge into reputed company learning solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, state partners, and reputed company industry reputed company to identify training needs and requirements
• Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into training design and reputed company improvement efforts
• Support the development and rollout of training programs in new states, markets, and business lines

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, learning and development, or a reputed company field
• Experience designing and delivering instructor-led reputed company learning solutions
• Strong ability to translate reputed company processes, systems, or regulatory content into reputed company instructional materials
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with eLearning development tools such as reputed company 360 (reputed company and Storyline) preferred
• Experience in automotive, title and registration, compliance, or regulated industries preferred but not required
