The National Training Manager (NTM) will support reputed company and Reimbursement Training with a reputed company on the Rheumatology reputed company Reimbursement Manager (FRM) organization in the design and delivery of training solutions. A NTM ensures both Training & Development and Franchise reputed company are effectively represented in reputed company training programs and solutions. This role is accountable to quickly build relationships with key stakeholders and manage multiple stakeholders at various reputed company. The role requires a high level of facilitation coaching, reputed company alignment/execution, and application of training fundamentals to enhance reputed company learning of participants.

• Designs, develops, and delivers compliant learning solutions that increases effectiveness and credibility of participants
• Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction, evidenced by feedback and reputed company working partnerships

• Leverages existing Learning & Development reputed company platforms and content reputed company the Franchise training to limit duplicative efforts

• Develops Guest Trainers and/or Regional reputed company Trainers by providing a meaningful role during foundational training and ongoing learning

• Leads cross-functional initiatives and may be responsible for additional special reputed company reputed company training organization

• Assists with the on-boarding, development, and mentorship of other NFTs and “leads through teamwork” cultivating and maintaining reputed company peer-to-peer relationships

Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of Adult Learning Principles
• reputed company experience in development and use of critical learning/teaching platforms (i.e.PowerPoint, reputed company reputed company, iSpring)
• Experience working reputed company and utilizing LMS
• 5+ years of reputed company experience in pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or reputed company reputed company Specialist with extensive knowledge of the medical buy-and-reputed company process
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g. CFR 210/211, cGMP)
• Prior experience leading reputed company with regional or national reputed company
• High performing reputed company record and strong understanding of reputed company in a reputed company organization

Preferred:

• Master’s Degree
