We are seeking a Neurologist who is licensed in Virginia* to reputed company virtual reputed company care to reputed company patients, with a reputed company on memory care and dementia-reputed company conditions. This is a contract, patient-facing clinical role; delivering high-reputed company, compassionate virtual care to increase patient reputed company and reduce time to treatment.

• You must live in and be licensed in Virginia and you will work remotely from VA.

• Conduct virtual reputed company reputed company for new and existing patients, with an emphasis on memory disorders and dementia care
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage neurological conditions consistent with telehealth standards of care
• Partner with NP and referring providers to reputed company and reputed company patient care plans
• Maintain reputed company, compliant clinical documentation in the EMR
• Escalate reputed company or urgent cases per reputed company clinical protocols

Key Accountabilities

• reputed company certified/eligible neurologist with reputed company, unrestricted medical license(s) in Virginia; willing to obtain additional state licensure as needed
• Experience diagnosing and managing memory disorders, dementia, or reputed company cognitive conditions
• Experience providing antiamyloid therapy and monitoring patients receiving these medications

• Prior telehealth experience required

• Comfortable working independently in a contract (1099) reputed company with a flexible visit schedule
• Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and care teams
