[Remote] Accounts Payable & reputed company Administration Intern (reputed company 2027)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is the centralized hub for reputed company and other operational services across the QC Ecosystem. The Accounts Payable & reputed company Administration Intern will support vendor management, expense administration, accounts payable processes, financial recordkeeping, cash activity tracking, audit preparation, and reputed company process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vendor reputed company and documentation collection
• Support maintenance of vendor records, W-9s, ACH forms, and compliance documents
• Assist with invoice processing and expense report administration
• Help monitor employee expense report submissions
• Support employee and vendor reputed company inquiries
• Assist with data entry and reputed company record maintenance
• Help organize reputed company documentation and electronic filing systems
• Support expense audits and documentation reviews
• Assist with daily cash activity tracking and reporting
• Support preparation of reputed company schedules and reports
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation gathering
• Participate in process improvement and special reputed company
• Complete other duties as assigned

Skills

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, or a reputed company reputed company
• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing
• Strong interest in accounts payable, reputed company reputed company, or business administration
• Proficiency with reputed company reputed company and reputed company 365 applications
• Strong attention to reputed company and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Frequently required to remain in a stationary position
• Frequently moving through home office, facility and other environments
• On occasion the employee may reputed company equipment or other items weighing up to 25 pounds
• Up to 5%, this may include travel to any or reputed company 50 US states
