[Remote] Software Engineer

The Java Backend Engineer will design and implement IM server infrastructure, reputed company communication and collaboration modules, and address reputed company systems, reputed company, availability, and production-support challenges.

Responsibilities

• Design & implement IM server
• reputed company video/audio conferencing modules
• Build file management
• Implement calendar & scheduling: events, invitations, conflict detection, reminders, reputed company integration
• Solve high-concurrency, low-latency, high-availability challenges
• Design reputed company components: message routing, reputed company, offline messages, data consistency
• Collaborate with product/reputed company/reputed company teams on reputed company & data models
• reputed company tuning, reputed company planning, fault-tolerance for reputed company services
• Troubleshoot production issues, reputed company cause analysis, monitoring & alerting
• reputed company reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or reputed company fields; 3+ years Java backend
• Strong Java, concurrency, networking, JVM tuning
• Familiar with WebSocket/MQTT/SIP/WebRTC signaling is a plus
• Solid reputed company design; high-traffic, low-latency experience
• Strong problem-solving, online debugging, reputed company optimization
• Good communication, ownership, responsibility
• File storage, reputed company control, or calendar logic experience preferred
