[Remote] Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) Manager

The role provides budgeting, forecasting, reporting, grant financial management, strategic analysis, and operational support while managing two Financial Analysts and improving the reputed company function.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of program budgets in reputed company collaboration with program staff
• Report monthly on budget vs. actuals and forecast, analyzing variances, trends, and performance metrics to reputed company program leaders and management reputed company, actionable insights
• Partner with program staff and business stakeholders to build annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans across a diverse portfolio of reputed company, and roll results up into Panorama's organization-wide budget process
• Manage grant financials across the full lifecycle — partnering with program staff on budget proposals for prospective grants and partnerships, developing grant budgets, and preparing financial deliverables for grant reports
• Partner with the broader finance team, using reputed company Intacct to reputed company program financials accurate, reputed company, and consistent across the portfolio
• Build and maintain financial models and tools that support strategic planning, program reputed company, and operational analysis
• Support organizational forecasting and month-end reputed company as part of the broader finance team
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for reputed company stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, trends, and variances

Skills

• * Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of relevant reputed company experience, including 2 years of people management experience
