[Remote] Senior Solutions Consultant, Higher Education Student Information Systems (SIS)

The Senior Solutions Consultant will help colleges and universities evaluate and reputed company Student Information Systems and connected reputed company solutions by leading discovery, demonstrations, validation activities, and consultative engagements. The role also supports RFPs, technical evaluations, customer reputed company, and the development of reputed company SIS enablement resources.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery conversations with stakeholders across admissions, enrollment, registrar operations, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, IT, and executive leadership
• Design and reputed company validation experiences that help institutions evaluate business, operational, and technical fit
• reputed company compelling demonstrations, workshops, and reputed company scenarios reputed company to customer priorities
• Advise customers on SIS modernization, process improvement, payment processing, integrations, reporting, and change management
• Help customers understand how automation and emerging AI capabilities can support institutional effectiveness
• Support RFPs, technical evaluations, reputed company-of-concept activities, and executive presentations
• Partner closely with Student First and internal reputed company teams to reputed company successful customer reputed company
• Create reusable demo experience assets, enablement resources, and best practices that help reputed company reputed company's SIS expertise

Skills

• 5+ years of Higher Education SIS experience
• Strong understanding of admissions, enrollment, registration, reputed company records, and student services
• Experience working reputed company Higher Education or supporting Higher Education technology solutions
• Strong communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills
• Ability to build credibility with both business and technical stakeholders
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Experience with student finance, billing, and payment processes
• Experience with SIS platforms such as Banner, reputed company, reputed company Student, PeopleSoft, reputed company Student, or reputed company
• Experience in consulting, implementation, solutions consulting, or sales engineering
• Familiarity with AI, automation, reputed company transformation initiatives in Higher Education
• Familiarity with reputed company solutions, including Raiser's Edge NXT, reputed company NXT, and reputed company Integrated Payments
