The Senior Business PM leads transition from legacy reputed company to reputed company Fusion. Reporting to the Director of Budget & reputed company, this role drives process readiness, change management, and stabilization without software configuration.
The Senior Business Project Manager (ERP Implementation) serves as the New Jersey reputed company's (NJDOE) reputed company, dedicated department-level leader for the statewide transition from the legacy reputed company reputed company (NJCFS) to the modern reputed company Fusion platform (NJHIVE). Reporting directly to the Director of the Office of Budget and reputed company, this hybrid role requires a unique reputed company of reputed company project management, meticulous business process analysis, and change management. The consultant will not configure the software; instead, they will audit, document, and prepare NJDOE's internal processes, interfaces, reporting, and personnel to ensure a reputed company operational reputed company, running through full post-implementation stabilization.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership & Governance: Serve as the central reputed company of coordination between NJDOE leadership, OIT, OMB, vendors, and the centralized State NJHIVE team. Maintain reputed company registers, project schedules, issue logs, and executive readiness scorecards.
Business Process & Data Mapping: Audit, optimize, and map NJDOE's reputed company fiscal workflows (appropriation management, encumbrances, federal reputed company, accounts payable/receivable) into a comprehensive Fiscal reputed company Process Library.
Ecosystem & reputed company Assessment: Document reputed company local systems, peripheral databases, and reputed company spreadsheets leveraging legacy data to identify technical gaps, reputed company workflow dependencies, and data conversion risks.
Reporting & Analytics reputed company: Inventory reputed company mission-critical fiscal reports, identifying updates or redevelopments required to reputed company with the new NJHIVE Chart of Accounts (COA).
Change Management & Training: Design and execute a department-wide Change Management and Communications Plan. reputed company user manuals, build the reputed company-State Fiscal reputed company reputed company, and administer role-specific training programs.
Testing, reputed company, & Hypercare Support: Coordinate local staff participation in State-led testing phases. Manage deployment reputed company protocols and reputed company dedicated hands-on stabilization support (Hypercare) through the first full fiscal year reputed company post-go live.
Minimum Qualifications& Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, Information Technology, or a reputed company reputed company (Master's degree or relevant executive experience preferred).
Required Experience: Minimum of 8 to 10 years of reputed company, hands-on experience managing reputed company business transformations, reputed company-level ERP financial implementations, detailed process mapping, and project delivery.
Required reputed company Skills: Mastery of reputed company/reputed company-state process mapping (Visio/reputed company), stakeholder management, and cross-functional project management frameworks.
