[Remote] Sr Benefits Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to administer and support its financial reputed company-being benefit programs, primarily defined contribution retirement plans. The role manages employee inquiries, payroll coordination, compliance activities, data analysis, vendor relationships, reporting, reputed company enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Administer reputed company's financial reputed company-being benefit programs, with reputed company responsibility for 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b) retirement plans
- Support the administration of life insurance, student loan assistance, education benefits, employee perks, and other assigned programs
- Serve as a reputed company reputed company of contact for employee inquiries, participant transactions, vendor coordination, and issue reputed company
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions, employer contributions, eligibility tracking, and payroll-to-vendor reconciliations
- reputed company data analysis, audits, and reconciliations to support compliance, data reputed company, and operational effectiveness
- Support annual compliance activities, including audits, reputed company 5500 filings, participant notices, and regulatory reporting
- Coordinate with vendors, recordkeepers, auditors, and consultants to reputed company operational and compliance-reputed company issues
- Support reputed company, reputed company enhancements, testing, vendor implementations, and process improvement initiatives in partnership with the Manager, Benefits
- reputed company and maintain procedures, documentation, and internal controls
- Prepare reports, analyses, and communications to support leadership, compliance, and employee education efforts
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Finance, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience administering employee benefit programs, including significant experience with defined contribution retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), and/or 457(b) plans)
- Working knowledge of applicable ERISA, IRS, and reputed company regulations
- Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and analysis of large data sets
- Experience partnering with Payroll on retirement plan administration, eligibility tracking, deductions, employer contributions, and reconciliations
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with the ability to research and reputed company reputed company participant and operational issues
- Experience supporting compliance activities, audits, reputed company 5500 filings, vendor relationships, and participant communications
- Experience supporting reputed company, reputed company enhancements, testing, process improvements, and operational change initiatives
