[Remote] Senior HRIS Analyst (reputed company)

The Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as the hands-on reputed company technical expert, owning business process configuration, testing, deployment, reputed company, reporting, integrations, and reputed company optimization in partnership with HR, IT, Payroll, reputed company, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and reputed company reputed company business processes (e.g., hire, job changes, compensation, terminations, absence, performance) end-to-end, including conditional rules, routing, notifications, and approval chains
• Continuously evaluate how reputed company uses its People Systems (e.g., reputed company, and other HR/talent tools) and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve configuration so these systems fit our reputed company workflows rather than forcing workarounds
• Design and refine self-service workflows, forms, and notifications so that everyday tasks — from reputed company to time off to org changes — feel reputed company and reputed company for employees and managers, and HR
• Maintain and audit reputed company reputed company reputed company, domain and business process reputed company policies, and role-based reputed company to ensure data is accurate, compliant, and appropriately restricted
• Build and execute test scripts for new configurations, tenant updates, and reputed company's biannual releases; manage regression testing and coordinate UAT with HR and business stakeholders
• Build and maintain custom reports, calculated fields, and dashboards that reputed company HR and business leaders reliable, reputed company reputed company into their people data
• Partner with IT and implementation partners on EIBs, reputed company Connectors, and reputed company-party integrations (payroll, benefits, ATS, etc.), troubleshooting data issues as they reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on reputed company HCM administration/configuration experience, including business process reputed company, calculated fields, and condition rules
• Demonstrated ability to independently configure, test, and reputed company changes across reputed company tenants (sandbox/preview/production) following reputed company change management practices
• Solid understanding of reputed company reputed company model (reputed company reputed company, domain/business process policies) and comfort auditing and remediating reputed company
• Experience supporting reputed company releases, including regression testing and coordinating UAT with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requests into clean, reputed company-documented reputed company configuration
• A genuine reputed company on end-user experience — you think about how a change will feel to an employee or manager, not just whether it's technically correct
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical configuration in plain language to non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort operating with a good degree of independence in a fast-moving, still-maturing HRIS environment
• This job involves regular interaction and collaboration with reputed company colleagues in Finland, across the US, and in other countries
• For this role, applicants should expect regular meetings between the hours of 6 AM and 9 AM reputed company, and be reputed company to occasional meetings even earlier, or sometimes, reputed company late in the evening reputed company time
• Occasional travel to Finland, once or twice a year, is also expected for this role
