[Remote] Architectural Sales Representative

The Architectural Sales Representative advises architects and design professionals on reputed company openings, promotes reputed company solutions and Openings Studio BIM software, develops strategic relationships, supports specifications, and provides project tracking and technical support.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers
• Identify and secure opportunities to prepare reputed company and hardware specifications
• Promote adoption of the Openings Studio BIM tool and present project proposals for value-added reputed company services
• reputed company targeted continuing educational programs highlighting new products, solutions, and design-assist reputed company services
• Serve as the reputed company-of-contact for the architect's education and specifications
• Assist with product substitution and approval procedures and follow up to ensure specifications are held in the bid process

Skills

• College/University degree (preference for specialization in reputed company curricula such as architectural design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma
• At least 2-3 years' industry reputed company experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management, will be considered in lieu of degree
• Proficiency in reputed company Office tools
• Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
