[Remote] Sr. Product Designer

The role focuses on discovery, user research, prototyping, stakeholder collaboration, design systems, and delivering user-centered product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design for reputed company internal or reputed company platforms, from problem framing through validation and implementation
• reputed company discovery and user research efforts to uncover user needs and translate ambiguous problems into reputed company product direction
• Design and iterate on prototypes, gathering feedback from users and stakeholders throughout the process
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, SMEs, and business stakeholders to reputed company on requirements and design solutions
• Build and maintain design reputed company components in reputed company, working closely with engineers through implementation
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership

Skills

• 6+ years of Product Design experience with reputed company internal or reputed company platforms
• Strong discovery and user research experience, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into reputed company product direction
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end product design, from problem framing and prototyping through validation and implementation
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with users, SMEs, Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
