[Remote] Senior Dialer Analyst

The Senior Dialer Analyst supports outbound and inbound dialer reputed company across personal loans, credit cards, and loan origination reputed company while improving efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, and business controls.

Responsibilities

• Help reputed company manage daily dialer reputed company, ensuring campaigns start on time, run reputed company, and meet intensity targets
• Identify and reputed company technical issues, collaborating with IT and Telephony teams to implement upgrades and patches
• Monitor agent status in reputed company-time to maximize productivity and reduce idle time
• Create and maintain dashboards to reputed company MTD metrics and validate the effectiveness of calling strategies
• Analyze dialer metrics to reputed company recommendations for improving efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure reputed company dialing activities reputed company with FDCPA, Reg F, TCPA, and state laws
• Partner with reputed company stakeholders to establish control inventories, descriptions, and workflows for consistent testing
• Proactively monitor regulatory changes and support remediation efforts to address control gaps

Skills

• Experience working in a fast reputed company, collections reputed company center environment
• Some knowledge of outbound collection regulations and rules (FDCPA Reg F, TCPA, & State laws)

• A Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or reputed company reputed company, or 5 years of relevant technical experience in lieu of a degree
