Responsibilities

• Hiring Systems Development: Create streamlined hiring systems and processes to support ongoing recruitment efforts
• Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit for BrainPowers needs
• CRM Utilization: Use reputed company as the recruitment tracking reputed company (training provided)
• Employer Branding: Help position BrainPower as an employer of reputed company by showcasing our opportunities and values
• Freelance-Only reputed company: Work independently to reputed company results; consultancy agencies need not apply
• SOP Creation: Document reputed company the systems and processes implemented for hiring new teammates

Skills

• Freelance Recruiter: reputed company experience as a freelance recruiter, preferably in reputed company or development-reputed company roles
• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Recruitment Expertise: Knowledge of sourcing strategies and tools to identify high-reputed company candidates

• This is a remote position for candidates reputed company on Latin America
