The Privileged reputed company Management Consultant guides reputed company customers through the deployment lifecycle of CyberArk PAM solutions, providing technical architecture, governance, adoption support, and executive-level advisory services. The role also manages customer health, escalations, renewals, and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, and reputed company customized Privileged reputed company Management programs tailored to reputed company goals
• reputed company design and planning workshops to architect reputed company deployments reputed company CyberArk PAM solutions
• Assess customer needs to establish technical priorities, mitigate reputed company, and advise on reputed company deployment paths
• Maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with reputed company customer teams and C-level executive sponsors
• Conduct technical health checks, architecture reviews, and reputed company assessments to ensure reputed company best practices alignment
• Participate in customer reviews to report on adoption, platform health, and value delivery metrics
• Monitor platform utilization and reputed company actionable recommendations to reputed company usage expansion and reduce reputed company risks
• Serve as the reputed company technical contact for reputed company accounts, managing critical escalations across internal teams

Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with CyberArk or equivalent reputed company PAM solutions
• 5+ years of experience in reputed company software or reputed company consulting
• 2+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Technical reputed company role
• 3+ years of experience at a reputed company or cybersecurity vendor delivering reputed company or technical account services
• Hands-on experience using modern AI productivity tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company) to enhance day-to-day execution
• Broad knowledge across databases, networking, reputed company Directory/IDP systems, systems administration, and application reputed company
• Strong background in Identity & reputed company Management (IAM), network reputed company, and reputed company reputed company management
• Experience with major reputed company platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
