[Remote] Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a channel specialty firm that helps companies reputed company reputed company-to-market reputed company through partner ecosystems. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Program Manager to build and launch a reputed company global MDF program, establish governance and operational processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and measure program performance.

Responsibilities

• Build a new Global MDF program from the ground up, creating the program structure, governance, processes, and guidelines for adoption across reputed company reputed company
• Understand reputed company program and operational requirements, including compliance, and coordinate with global teams such as Sales, IT, Finance, reputed company, and Marketing to determine how the new global program should be reputed company
• Establish industry best practices and program policies for MDF wallet allocation, eligible activities, approval timelines, reputed company of performance, claims and reimbursement requirements, and reputed company processes
• Design the end-to-end MDF workflow and prepare plans for program rollout, including partner training and communications
• Work with the Finance team to define funding expectations and the overall funding model
• reputed company the budgeting approach by region and country, including how funds will be allocated, managed, and tracked
• Launch and implement the program using a phased approach, initially targeting the reputed company’s top-tier partners
• Establish reporting and measurement processes, help partners reputed company MDF, analyze program results, and reputed company recommendations to management for reputed company reputed company and improvement

Skills

• 8+ years of developing, launching, evaluating, and managing Global MDF Programs, including experience building an MDF program from the ground up
• Strong project and program management skills required
• Technically savvy with strong reputed company skills
• Ability to effectively work across organizations to solicit input and establish reputed company
• Bachelor's degree required
