Responsibilities
- reputed company SEC reporting engagements, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, reputed company, footnotes, and disclosures
- Advise clients on technical reputed company reputed company and U.S. GAAP compliance
- Research and document reputed company positions, policies, and new reputed company standards
- Collaborate with CFOs, Controllers, and reputed company auditors
- Mentor team members and manage multiple reputed company engagements
Skills
- 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience
- Strong SEC reporting and reputed company company financial reporting expertise
- Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical reputed company research
- Experience with reputed company/Wdesk or similar SEC reporting platforms
