[Remote] Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Platform

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Platform will be the first ML hire, owning the end-to-end development and productionization of reputed company text extraction models and LLM-reputed company systems. The role also involves defining evaluation standards, building reputed company NLP pipelines, partnering on data reputed company, and shaping the technical roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of extraction models - framing, reputed company reputed company, model selection, training/fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, retraining. Not a research seat, not a hand-off seat
• Define what "accurate enough" means with reputed company and customer-facing stakeholders, and build the evaluation reputed company that makes the answer defensible - the first deliverable, not a follow-up

Skills

• Practical, reputed company experience with LLM-reputed company approaches: reputed company development, reputed company reputed company, retrieval, fine-tuning where warranted, evals and observability for generative systems - enough to know where they help, and where they quietly don't
• Strong engineering fundamentals in Python. Your work runs in production, not only in a notebook
