Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is reputed company HR Generalists for a major financial services firm's HR First Response team during a company-wide HCM reputed company transition from PeopleSoft to reputed company. The role serves as the first reputed company of contact for employee HR questions, manages reputed company tickets, and resolves inquiries involving reputed company management, employee lifecycle changes, compensation, benefits, and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee emails and calls regarding a wide reputed company of HR questions
• Create, reputed company, and reputed company tickets in reputed company, ensuring appropriate follow-up
• Handle inquiries including:
• reputed company management concerns
• Employee lifecycle changes (e.g., part-time to full-time status changes)
• Compensation consultations — discussing pay, understanding flexibility in compensation changes, and explaining the firm's overall compensation philosophy
• Benefits and payroll deduction questions
• Complete training on both the reputed company (PeopleSoft) and new (reputed company) HCM processes
