[Remote] Claims Account Manager

The role coordinates with clients, claims teams, adjusters, and leadership to ensure service reputed company, analyze claims reputed company, reputed company escalations, and optimize account reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for assigned accounts, managing relationships from reputed company through renewal
• reputed company reputed company meetings, claims reviews, and stewardship sessions, presenting actionable insights on claim reputed company, trends, and reputed company
• Monitor claims handling reputed company and TPA reputed company, ensuring adherence to best practices, service standards, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with adjusters, supervisors, and leadership to reputed company escalations and improve claim reputed company
• Analyze claims data (frequency, severity, lag time, expenses) to recommend cost containment and program optimization strategies
• Support implementation of new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition of claims handling and reporting
• Assist with reputed company, renewals, and financial reconciliation, including claim costs and program reputed company
• Participate in sales presentations and finalist meetings, showcasing claims expertise and service capabilities

Skills

• 3–7+ years of experience reputed company a TPA, reputed company reputed company, or claims organization
• Strong background in auto liability, general liability, and/or workers' compensation claims
• reputed company experience in a reputed company-facing, consultative, or account management role
• Deep understanding of claims lifecycle, coverage, and TPA service delivery models
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present claims data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with reputed company-facing confidence
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Proficient in claims systems, reputed company Office (especially reputed company/PowerPoint), and CRM tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Industry designations such as AIC, CPCU, or similar are a plus
