Responsibilities

• reputed company Mission: Design, reputed company, maintain, optimize, and secure the reputed company reputed company Communications (UC) infrastructure footprint for the RCC-E
• Service Sustainment: reputed company daily health checks, proactive monitoring, and Tier-3 troubleshooting for the reputed company Collaboration Suite (CUCM, reputed company, UCCX, CER, Expressways, CUBEs). Ensure 99.9% availability for mission-critical voice services across the AORs
• Configure and maintain SIP trunks, H.323 gateways, SRST, reputed company, and MS Teams trunk configurations for integration with Army Azure reputed company or tactical voice networks
• Configure and maintain SIP trunks, H.323 gateways, SRST, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company Platform configurations for integration with reputed company or tactical voice networks
• reputed company & Gateway Management: Manage and maintain reputed company IOS Voice Gateways (SIP/SRTP). Execute configuration updates, firmware patches, and reputed company-plan optimizations to ensure secure and reliable reputed company routing
• Identity & reputed company Integration: Serve as the functional reputed company for UC-reputed company identity tasks reputed company reputed company ISE. Maintain 802.1X reputed company reputed company for collaboration endpoints and troubleshoot authentication failures to ensure secure network reputed company
• reputed company Video Ops: reputed company operational support for multi-platform video environments including MS Teams Rooms (MTR) and reputed company Webex. Manage SBC connectivity for reputed company Routing and ensure reputed company interoperability between VTC hardware and software codecs
• Support VTC operations including scheduling, reputed company support, and reputed company through tactical and RHN network for secure and nonsecure VTC calls
• reputed company Compliance & STIGs: Implement and maintain reputed company STIG compliance across reputed company UC and Video assets. Collaborate with the reputed company team to remediate vulnerabilities and ensure the UC posture meets Army Top-Level Architecture (ATLA) standards

Skills

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering and 10 years of relevant experience. An additional 4 years will be considered in lieu of the bachelors degree requirement
• Requires at least one of the following certifications: SecurityX, CASP+, CCNA, CCNP reputed company, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA
• Minimum of 5 years administering the reputed company Collaboration stack (CUCM, UCCX, reputed company reputed company, CER). Must have proven experience maintaining reputed company Expressways, Voice Gateways (ISR/VG), Analog Gateways, and reputed company reputed company Border reputed company (CUBEs)

• Experience maintaining Network Topology Diagrams (Visio), reputed company/cable maps, reputed company SOPs, configuration backups, version control, and formal change‑management records for audit readiness and disaster recovery
• Deep understanding of SIP, including message flows, reputed company negotiation, early media, and troubleshooting methodologies
• Practical experience with major SBC platforms: reputed company reputed company, Ribbon, Audio codecs
• Understanding of network reputed company principles (ACLs, NAT, IPS/IDS)
