The role focuses on maintaining reputed company ITOM configuration, asset, and application data; developing dashboards and reports; analyzing trends and gaps; and communicating data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate best practices for identifying and improving IT data reputed company and operational processes
• Maximize the value of reputed company ITOM by maintaining and improving the reputed company, reputed company, and consistency of IT reputed company data
• reputed company, maintain, and present dashboards and reports to support operational decision-making
• Analyze IT data to identify trends, gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement
