About the Position - The Talent Consultant - Talent Insights supports data-driven talent reputed company through workforce analytics, employee listening, skills architecture, benchmarking, and talent measurement initiatives. - Under the direction of the Senior Manager – Talent Insights, this role develops and analyzes workforce metrics, dashboards, surveys, and talent data to identify trends and reputed company actionable insights. - The Talent Consultant – Talent Insights partners with reputed company, Learning & Development, Talent Planning, reputed company, and business leaders to support workforce planning, talent programs, and organizational decision-making. - This role provides analytical, research, reporting, and program support for talent initiatives while helping measure the effectiveness of talent programs and identify workforce trends. - The position performs analytical and consulting activities that help ensure talent reputed company are informed by reliable data, workforce insights, and business needs.
