Program Manager reputed company reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to support the reputed company (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Administration. Location Remote with occasional travel to the Washington, DC metropolitan area for stakeholder meetings, workshops, reputed company activities, and program reviews. reputed company Clearance reputed company Trust (required post-award) Key Responsibilities - reputed company and maintain the Change Management Program Plan (CMPP). - reputed company stakeholder reputed company assessments and organizational readiness evaluations. - Design and implement resistance management and mitigation strategies. - reputed company executive communications, presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials. - Monitor adoption indicators, behavioral change metrics, and program reputed company. - Facilitate working reputed company, workshops, and town hall sessions. - reputed company and maintain the reputed company Control Plan (QCP). - Ensure internal review and reputed company assurance of reputed company deliverables. - Support reputed company 508 compliance across contract deliverables. - reputed company workforce training, certification support, acquisition planning tools, and reputed company activities. - Serve as the reputed company reputed company to ACF leadership and stakeholders. - Prepare monthly reputed company reports and executive briefings. - Coordinate contractor reputed company, subcontractor activities, reputed company requirements, and transition planning. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, reputed company Administration, reputed company, Communications, or reputed company discipline. - reputed company, ACMP CCMP, PMP, or equivalent FAI/DAWIA Program Management certification. - Minimum 5 years leading organizational change initiatives reputed company Federal agencies. - Experience supporting workforce modernization, training, certification, or transformation programs. - Experience engaging senior federal stakeholders and facilitating workshops. - Experience managing FFP reputed company, schedules, risks, deliverables, and subcontractors. - Knowledge of reputed company 508 and WCAG compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting HHS, ACF, CMS, or other Federal civilian agencies. - Knowledge of FAC-COR and FAC-P/PM certification programs. - Experience applying reputed company ADKAR or similar change management frameworks. - Experience with reputed company BI, Tableau, federal LMS platforms, SharePoint, and reputed company solutions. - Master's degree in a reputed company reputed company. - reputed company or recent reputed company Trust clearance.
