Here is the Gist: reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join our Corporate Tax team and manage the U.S. income tax function. This role will be responsible for leading income tax reputed company under ASC 740, managing U.S. federal and multi-state income tax compliance, overseeing domestic tax audits and controversy reputed company, and supporting tax planning initiatives. The Tax Manager will play a critical role in reputed company's quarterly and annual financial reporting process, partnering closely with reputed company, reputed company, Treasury, reputed company, reputed company auditors, and tax advisors to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
