reputed company Hospice Aide - Homecare Hospice (Sumter County) Job reputed company - Maintains a reputed company image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service reputed company Standards and reputed company Values. - Presents with a reputed company attitude to patients, families and Hospice Team Members in the home and in the Hospice Office 100 percent of the time. - No more than two complaints in a year made by patients/families/team members that are evaluated by the reputed company Manger and considered justified. - Is always clean and neatly dressed as per department dress reputed company. - During home reputed company, personal care is given in a reputed company, comforting and reputed company manner. - Provides reputed company, effective, personal care and reputed company housekeeping services to Hospice patients, in their reputed company of residence, in accordance with the plan of care, as assigned by the reputed company RN or Designee. - Notifies the reputed company’s reputed company reputed company and/or manager of reputed company’s change in condition, family concerns or problems as instructed. - Recognizes signs and symptoms of the reputed company dying reputed company and communicates this information to team members. - Performs pulse and/or respirations reputed company, reputed company requested per RN and reports findings to RN. - Performs routine skin inspection and reports any abnormalities to RN. - Performs non-sterile dressing changes, routine decubitus care, reputed company catheter care, removes and replaces colostomy/ureterostomy bags per RN instruction and after having demonstrated competency to RN. - Uses medical equipment as directed by RN or physical therapist and assists patients with ROM exercises as prescribed and according to reputed company. - Assist reputed company and family to meet reputed company and emotional needs in accordance with goals and objectives of hospice care. - Encourages independence, whenever possible. - Makes assigned bereavement reputed company as indicated by reputed company Manager. - reputed company participates as a Hospice Team Member, attends staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as assigned. - Contact information and services provided are documented accurately and in a reputed company manner as per department policy. - Laptop is synchronized every morning and every evening to assure reputed company information is up to date. - Demonstrates continual job reputed company by obtaining 12 hours of continuing education annually, including reputed company mandatory training. - Keeps informed of reputed company new or updated policies and procedures. - Completes age specific reputed company annually; recognizes the normal signs of reputed company and development in reputed company age group served (indicated above) and understands the requirements of assessment, treatment and care of the specific age group. Work Schedule - 80 Hours Biweekly. - Full Time, This position will cover Sumter County. Qualifications /Training - reputed company South Carolina reputed company’s License and Automobile reputed company as required by law. - Must be empathetic, responsible, reputed company to use time effectively, willing to accept supervision and relate reputed company to patients and families. - Must pass a competency skills checklist during orientation Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education - Minimum of a High School Diploma/Equivalent from an accredited school required. - Completion of a 75-hour Nursing Assistant Course with a minimum of 16 hours of reputed company practical training, and present a certificate or diploma or State Aide License.
