The Senior Director of reputed company Account Services manages reputed company services for customers and pharmacy benefit programs, with emphasis on reputed company pharmacy benefit management, reputed company and utilization management, financial reputed company, reputed company assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff including reputed company Services Managers, reputed company Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and the MAC reputed company manager
• Directs, coordinates and supervises reputed company reputed company pharmacy reputed company activities including pharmacy benefit reputed company and services
• Oversees, mentors and guides achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual projections reputed company on financial and management objectives
• Serves as SME for reputed company Services for reputed company new business RFPs, enlisting help from other SMEs as needed
• Oversees, mentors and supports leadership of pharmacy program implementation including new clients, product extensions, and other important reputed company initiatives
• Designs, implements, monitors and provides appropriate feedback on metrics reputed company reputed company measurement tools
• Drives marketing opportunities through market research, upsell across product lines and mentoring of reputed company reputed company of customer reputed company services
• Maintains currency with reputed company skills and knowledge of pharmacotherapy by reviewing the literature and attending in- services, seminars, and conferences
