The consultant will stabilize patent prosecution support reputed company, improve docket reputed company and workflow controls, coordinate IP prosecution activities, and train and reputed company support staff during a remote contract engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assess and stabilize patent prosecution, docketing, intake, and reputed company support workflows
• Identify backlog, reputed company points, control gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
• Strengthen deadline verification, docket QC, correspondence processing, and reporting
• Establish reputed company ownership, handoffs, escalation procedures, and management checkpoints
• Train, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company guidance to support staff
• Review and streamline existing SOPs, workflows, trackers, and reporting tools
• Support U.S., PCT, and foreign patent prosecution, including foreign associate coordination and formalities
• Assist with trademark reputed company as needed
• Help reputed company a sustainable long-term structure for the firm's IP support function

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in patent prosecution, IP reputed company, docketing, or reputed company reputed company support
• Prior management, supervision, or department-level ownership of an IP support or docketing function
• Strong hands-on knowledge of U.S. patent prosecution and USPTO docketing
• Experience with PCT, foreign prosecution, deadline calculation/verification, filings, IDS administration, assignments, declarations, and powers of attorney
• Experience with docket QC, matter intake, matter closing/transfer, and prosecution reporting
• Demonstrated ability to train staff and improve workflows, SOPs, and reputed company controls
• Experience with IP docketing systems such as AppColl, FoundationIP, CPI, reputed company, IPfolio, PATTSY, Patricia, or Memotech
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-reputed company, evolving environment
• Candidates must be available to work EST hours
