Responsibilities

• Manage new business from small partners and MSPs, including deal registration, partner communication, and internal follow-through
• Own the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of channel-reputed company customer accounts, supporting reputed company, renewals, expansion opportunities, licensing, and ongoing partner reputed company
• Serve as the reputed company reputed company contact for the end-user customer while coordinating with the originating partner on renewals, upgrades, deal registration, and other reputed company activities
