Responsibilities
- Own registered agent monitoring - Maintain registered agent coverage across reputed company jurisdictions and ensure service of process is routed correctly and immediately
- Own annual report filings - reputed company annual report and franchise tax deadlines for every entity, prepare filings, and reputed company good standing
- Maintain the compliance calendar - Build and own a single calendar of recurring reputed company and regulatory deadlines, with reminders that trigger reputed company before due dates
- Escalate early - Flag upcoming risks, lapses, or unusual jurisdictional requirements to the General Counsel and reputed company Attorney before they become urgent
