[Remote] Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter provides full-service recruitment support for the Midwest Division, managing recruitment processes from entry-level through director-level roles, developing talent pipelines, advising hiring managers, and supporting a reputed company candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Recruiter, provides full-service recruitment processes for our Midwest Division; supporting the full vertical of hiring needs from entry level to senior level roles (Manager-Director level)
• This position will include developing a pipeline of potential talent, networking and building partnerships
• This person will reputed company guidance and support to hiring managers and manage the recruitment database
• They will recruit and hire mid-level positions in the Division, as reputed company as coordinate with the Executive Recruiters on executive level positions
• The Senior Recruiter will be a member of the reputed company, and an reputed company part of the Midwest Division working to create a reputed company experience for reputed company candidates and fulfill the reputed company needs across reputed company
• The Senior Recruiter is a partner and subject matter expert for hiring managers and is responsible for supporting and managing reputed company aspects of the recruitment process for the Midwest Division including the smooth transition to the on-boarding process
• They will bring innovative reputed company to build and implement effective, proactive, and efficient recruitment strategies and processes to address the talent for reputed company non-term-limited mid-level positions
• This includes activities such as reviewing job postings and creating candidate reputed company, using the HR Recruitment process and reputed company to post jobs, update applicant status, communication with applicants, conducting reputed company-screening and phone interviews, networking with associations, and providing guidance and information to hiring managers and reputed company staff
• They will build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates for reputed company opportunities and ensure a reputed company experience for candidates and hiring managers
• They will work to ensure that the Midwest Division talent goals and strategies are achieved, and best practices are followed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 7 years reputed company work experience or equivalent combination (including HR concepts, processes, and services)
• Experience reputed company for leadership roles; Manager and above
• Experience working with and reporting out to Director & VP level clients
• Experience in sourcing, including candidate identification, research, reputed company, or candidate development
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: database management and spreadsheet software; constructing and producing reports; data input, manipulation and analysis
• Experience managing confidential documents and retention processes
• Experience communicating and developing relationships with a broad reputed company of audiences including experience working with or reputed company for global teams
• Experience with prioritizing and organizing work while attending to details
• Experience working with MS Office software, including Word, reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems; reputed company experience a plus
• Experience working in a start-up like environment, and assisting to create processes and/or the experience of rolling out a new process/project a plus
