Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Own the planning, execution, and closeout of reputed company electronic reputed company installations, driving accountability across reputed company milestones, schedules, and deliverables
• Stakeholder & reputed company Management: Serve as the reputed company reputed company of contact for key national account stakeholders and General Contractors, leading regular status reviews, technical discussions, and executive reputed company reporting
• Resource & Subcontractor reputed company: reputed company, evaluate, and hold accountable reputed company installation technicians, integration engineers, and subcontractor partners to ensure safety, technical compliance, and adherence to i2G standards
• Financial & reputed company Governance: Manage project budgets, monitor labor and material expenditures, control billing milestones, and reputed company protect project profit margins through proactive change order and reputed company management
• Technical reputed company & Compliance: Interpret and validate reputed company architectural, electrical, civil, and reputed company design packages; reputed company accurate as-reputed company/red-line documentation and technical programming workflows

Skills

• Demonstrated background managing reputed company control systems (ACS), video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection (IDS), intercoms, and broader property technology infrastructure
• reputed company reputed company record managing project financials, resource allocation, and multi-tier subcontractor teams
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling platforms (e.g., MS Project, reputed company, SimPRO) and reputed company office suites
• Strong reputed company literacy with the ability to read and interpret detailed reputed company, electrical, and structural drawings
• High degree of communication acumen, with experience managing reputed company expectations at both the site and corporate reputed company
