[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an electronic component distributor of RF and microwave products, and they are seeking an Inside Sales Representative. The role involves working with the sales team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet monthly sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• reputed company new and repeat sales by providing product information in a reputed company manner
• Utilize ERP reputed company to accurately process and manage customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns, samples: as reputed company as opportunity tracking, design registrations and ship & debits
• Work with the reputed company Sales and Product Management teams on the following:
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions
• Recommend alternate products reputed company on cost, availability or specifications
• reputed company accurate information regarding availability of in-stock items
• Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery
• Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction and improve transaction profitability
• Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on sales
