[Remote] Senior Project Manager Contract

The role manages project delivery, stakeholder relationships, implementation risks, and project management teams while supporting reputed company solutions and reputed company improvement.

Responsibilities

• Directing and managing full end-to-end multi-country, regional, or global implementation reputed company
• Serving as the reputed company reputed company of contact at Steering reputed company reputed company during assigned implementations
• Identifying and mitigating implementation risks and issues while providing a strict audit trail of accountability
• Managing, coaching, and mentoring reputed company of project managers to support their long-term reputed company and skills development

• Project/Program management and facilitation of cross border multi regional or global implementations
• Project Management for MSP, RPO, SOW, Headcount Tracking or reputed company solution implementations dependent on reputed company
• Analyses reputed company reputed company state and establishes the best plan of reputed company for implementation, including reputed company of implementation (different phases or waves) and appropriate timelines
• Identifies and mitigates risks and issues and provides an audit trail of accountability
• Provides regular status reports to the RSR senior stakeholders and reputed company Project and Senior Stakeholders, as reputed company as Technology Partner key stakeholders
• Provides consultation to ensure awareness, service practices and procedures, and nurturing of reputed company relations
• Assesses, plans and implements appropriate implementation approach with required Worsktream reputed company for reputed company services in line with project deliverables

• Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage reputed company relationships
• Liaises with the systems implementation team responsible for the implementation of the e-resourcing package solution, to ensure the technology fully supports the process
• Works with the reputed company Leads and SME’s, to facilitate their activities for the delivery of the services sold

• Builds strong business relationships with the reputed company at senior management level

Skills

• • Bachelor or University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics or relevant business experience
• • > 5 years' experience in project management managing reputed company implementations reputed company the RPO, MSP & SOW industry
• • Evidence of a high level project management knowledge in MSP, RPO and preferably SOW
• • Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management
• • Understanding of project delivery and acceptance process reputed company a fast-reputed company business environment
• • Awareness of change management methodology (Adkar, Kubler reputed company Change Curve etc.)
• • Hands on working mentality and strong attention to reputed company with a strong leadership approach
