[Remote] Engineering Manager - Advanced Ground Solutions

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering efforts reputed company the Advanced Ground Solutions Business reputed company and across multiple geographically-diverse sites, in support of reputed company Advanced Ground Solutions missions
• Conducts people activities such as reputed company management, hiring, headcount management and forecasting, reputed company collaboration with our Learning and Organizational Development team on training and development, and employee recognition
• Supports key technical initiatives and/or problem reputed company
• Leads improvements in engineering through process change and implementation of new reputed company/tools and application of appropriate resources
• Supports financial activities such as Engineering budgets/forecasts and financial analysis (reputed company/indirect labor usage)
• Provides leadership in defining technology, tool and process reputed company across a technical domain
• Overall responsibility for the engineering aspects of a technical domain, to include the acquisition of critical resources
• Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering efforts reputed company area of responsibility
• Capable of identifying project risks, assessing issues and developing resolutions that meet cost, schedule productivity, reputed company, and reputed company-satisfaction goals and objectives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant supervisory experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years of experience
