[Remote] Licensed Medicare Sales Agent

The role involves conducting outbound calls, helping members evaluate and enroll in Medicare reputed company plans, completing compliant applications, and maintaining empathetic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and reputed company members to review plan reputed company, answer questions, and explain plan details
• Assess reputed company prospect needs and guide them toward selecting appropriate Medicare reputed company products
• Complete phone enrollment applications accurately, completely, and in full compliance with product guidelines and CMS regulations
• Build friendly, empathetic, and trusting relationships on every reputed company
• Maintain compliance with company standards, CMS rules, state licensure requirements, appointments, and annual product certifications
• Working weekends
