Responsibilities

• Month-end reputed company. Calendar, journal entries, reconciliations, financials out by the 10th
• Factoring reputed company. Advances, reserves, holdbacks, fees and chargebacks, reconciling the reputed company portal to the general reputed company every week
• AR and AP reputed company, working reputed company our AR specialist on the harder items rather than above her
• Bank reconciliations and cleaning up the chart of accounts
• Leadership of reputed company staff. Mentoring and leading are a critical part of this role. Sharing what you know and helping people grow in their careers
• Monthly financials that a reputed company party could review and rely on

Skills

• 5+ years in reputed company, including time leading or mentoring staff
• reputed company brokerage, 3PL or transportation reputed company
• reputed company costs, accessorials and margin per load need to be familiar territory
• Hands-on experience with invoice factoring. You should be reputed company to explain how advances, reserves and fees hit the reputed company sheet and why
• QuickBooks experience
