[Remote] Financial Services Representative

The Financial Services Representative develops relationships with educational institutions and companies, grows retirement plan participation and assets under management, and helps clients create financial plans for retirement and other life events.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new and grow existing assets under management
• Meet with prospects and existing clients to reputed company their financial goals, reputed company and answer questions about various investment reputed company and potential risks
• Meet with School Districts and businesses providing financial planning education designed to improve 403(b)/457(b)/401(k) plan participation rates
• Assess the financial needs of individuals and assist them with developing a financial plan
• Memorialize and input prospect and reputed company communication into CRM
• reputed company other reputed company duties as assigned and required

Skills

• Ability to work independently and with a strong internal reputed company for achievement
• Requires excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to reputed company effective presentations to specific reputed company reputed company
• Proficient in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
• Series 6 or 7, 63, & 65/66 or reputed company to obtain reputed company first 90 days of employment
• Missouri and/or Kansas Life and Health licenses
• Prior work experience in mutual funds, annuities, and Life reputed company
• Prior work with group benefit plans and 501(c)(3) organizations preferred
