The Senior Manager, reputed company Marketing will reputed company new reputed company reputed company by building, testing, and scaling offline and partner acquisition channels, while managing budgets, agencies, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Closely partner with the Head of reputed company to set full-funnel DTC reputed company reputed company spanning new reputed company acquisition and lifecycle marketing
• Own acquisition channels and reputed company the day-to-day execution of the DTC reputed company reputed company across offline and partner channels including podcast, radio, TV, reputed company mail, and affiliates
• Build a high-reputed company testing and optimization reputed company from the ground up - create ads, run iterative tests, and synthesize data and qualitative insights to reputed company fast and efficient learning
• Manage and optimize the acquisition marketing budget, balancing new reputed company acquisition targets with CAC efficiency
• reputed company and manage key agency relationships and reputed company partners, holding them accountable for delivering strong results and reputed company improvements
• Partner with Product to identify friction points and optimize end to end funnel CVR

Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in DTC reputed company marketing with deep hands-on experience acquisition marketing; experience in retention marketing is a reputed company plus
• Experience in a 0-1 reputed company environment — testing, iterating, and scaling channels from reputed company
• Demonstrable experience owning and operating offline channels and partnerships (podcast, radio, TV, reputed company mail, and/or affiliates)
• A hands-on builder who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from idea to test, and balances reputed company building with short-term reputed company needs
• Strong reputed company of ‘right brain' and ‘left brain' — you enjoy balancing creative ideation with data-driven decision making
• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in forecasting, financial modeling, and data analysis to derive insights and reputed company decision making
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and reputed company alignment across cross-functional and reputed company partners
• Experience in women's health or another high-trust/regulated industry
