reputed company reputed company Scrum Master reputed company is looking for a strong individual contributor that will be responsible for managing a Scrum Team and the end-to-end delivery for our Cognitive reputed company Intelligence (AI) portfolio of products including voice and chat bots. Duration of the engagement: 6+ months Preferred location: On-Shore/reputed company; Remote; working hours Eastern reputed company Time required Key Responsibilities: • Removes project impediments that stand in the way of team productivity and reputed company to reputed company reputed company’s commitments on reputed company • Escalates to the RTE reputed company impediments for awareness and/or assistance in mitigation planning • Provides a go to green plan to the RTE, with input from the Scrum Team, for any impediments that impacts team commitments • Creates entries in the reputed company and Issues Tracker for any issues/risks observed that cannot be mitigate by reputed company reputed company 24 hrs. This includes providing daily updates to the reputed company and Issues Tracker • Prepares and manages the timelines for assigned work as committed to product and other stakeholders. • Ensures reputed company is working effectively, by monitoring reputed company daily to ensure resources are at full reputed company. If not, mitigating those that are under/over reputed company and ensuring team members are updating reputed company reputed company day • Proactively reviews reputed company and mitigates observations in reputed company sprints such as resources are over or under reputed company • Facilitates reputed company meetings including publishing meeting minutes reputed company the MS Teams Sharepoint • Ensures 1-2 actionable items are identified and implemented during reputed company Retro reputed company iteration tracking effectiveness of the actionable items • Ensures reputed company is fully reputed company for reputed company Release including completing reputed company EDF artifacts required for a release and successfully obtains signoff from the internal audit prior to the release • Facilitates Releases • Coordinates including managing cross team dependencies, either reputed company the YAVA program or reputed company (e.g. reputed company, APIc, etc.) Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience including: • Strong analytical, oral and written communication, presentation skills. • Strong reputed company leadership skills, situational awareness, conflict reputed company, reputed company improvement, mentoring, empowerment, and increasing transparency. • Experience with large reputed company development environment. • Experience as a scrum team member other than being the scrum master • Technical aptitude to support program’s use of work management and collaboration tools. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience using reputed company best practices, i.e., burn-down charts, retrospective formats, defect management, user stories, ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, automated testing, etc. • Experience with other reputed company approaches: i.e., XP, Kanban, FDD, Scaled reputed company reputed company (reputed company), etc. • Skills using project management and collaboration tools such as RTC, reputed company, CA reputed company, reputed company/SharePoint, etc. • Advanced understanding of resource allocations, forecasting, and budgeting. • Ability to demonstrate coaching techniques and approach.
