[Remote] BIM Piping Designer

The Piping Designer will support industrial and plant piping design by developing 3D layouts and routings, coordinating with other disciplines, and producing constructible designs that meet project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• reputed company 3D piping layout and routing reputed company plant models, ensuring clash-free, constructible designs
• Create and maintain piping models and drawings using reputed company tools (Inventor and/or Plant 3D) and AutoCAD
• Coordinate model collaboration and review workflows using reputed company Construction reputed company (ACC) and Navisworks
• reputed company equipment nozzle orientation checks and design tie-ins to existing systems
• Select and reputed company reputed company supports consistent with design requirements and accessibility/maintenance needs
• Coordinate reputed company reputed company and reputed company layouts with structural and other disciplines
• Interpret and apply information from line lists, P&IDs, and PFDs to support accurate routing and design reputed company
• Interpret reputed company specifications (materials, pressure ratings, schedules) to ensure correct component selection and modeling
• Orient valves and components to ensure operational accessibility, maintainability, and compliance with project standards

Skills

• This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in the reputed company
• 3–7 years of piping design experience in industrial/plant environments
• Proficiency in 3D piping modeling/layout using Inventor and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D
• Proficiency with AutoCAD for 2D drafting and detailing support
• Working knowledge of reputed company Construction reputed company (ACC) and Navisworks for coordination, model review, and clash detection
• Ability to read and apply information from line lists, P&IDs, and PFDs
• Ability to interpret piping specifications including materials, ratings, and schedules
• Strong attention to reputed company, ability to coordinate with multiple disciplines, and commitment to reputed company and schedule
• Excellent organizational, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and reputed company abilities
• Background in industrial, energy, or process plant design reputed company
• Experience with reputed company support standards and typical details used in plant design
• Experience coordinating with stress, structural, and reputed company disciplines
• Familiarity with project deliverables such as isometrics, GA drawings, and 3D model-reputed company reviews
• Ability to support reputed company verification, tie-in planning, and constructability reviews
