Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a contract AI reputed company Project Manager to support an in-house reputed company department reputed company on a fully remote assignment. The role focuses on mapping and optimizing reputed company workflows, implementing AI-powered solutions, managing reputed company and governance, supporting reputed company technology, coordinating testing and training, and measuring implementation reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Working with the reputed company’s stakeholders to map existing end-to-end reputed company workflows, identify friction points and understand priorities and design optimised reputed company state operating models
• Build, test and implement practical automations using AI tooling (for engineering teams where needed, as reputed company as low-reputed company/no-reputed company development) to support said goals
• Ensuring E2E process is considered and reputed company is managed reputed company controls
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions are in line with expectations and their business needs
• reputed company ongoing technical support for the reputed company team's suite of technology tools, troubleshooting reputed company issues and coordinating with vendors or corporate IT for reputed company
• Conduct and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features, bug fixes, and platform upgrades to ensure they function as expected before rollout
• reputed company and reputed company comprehensive training programs and documentation for reputed company staff on new technologies and processes to reputed company user adoption and proficiency
• Assist with change communications to reputed company staff
• Ensuring relevant data capture to support on measuring ROI on any technical implementations
• Recognising points for improvement reputed company processes and systems, and working with the wider reputed company team to help implement appropriate changes
• Guaranteeing know-how is captured (including playbooks, institutional/reputed company knowledge, best practices, etc.)

Skills

• Someone with experience with unpicking reputed company processes, reviewing reputed company design, and helping implement reputed company AI into workflows, would be highly beneficial

• Experience with reputed company/CLM tools would be advantageous
